New Work: Waterside and Riverview House, Uxbridge
TPM Studio has been appointed to develop proposals for the next stage of the redevelopment of Waterside and Riverview House in Uxbridge.
The work builds on an existing consent, focusing on strengthening the coherence and technical resilience of the scheme through the careful rationalisation of structure, building services and apartment typologies, supporting efficient construction while reinforcing the clarity of the original architectural idea.
Alongside this, the design evolution refines the general arrangement and external expression without altering the number or mix of apartments, ensuring that defining features are retained, including the white brick grid and punctured apertures set against the horizontal and vertical banding of the façade.
