Full Planning Permission for St John Street
TPM Studio achieve Full Planning Permission for the refurbishment of the existing retail space at 38-42 St John Street, Clerkenwell.
The scheme involves the conversion of the existing restaurant space into two new showrooms and reception space for the offices above. The newly created showrooms will be an appropriate addition to Clerkenwell, given its reputation as the “design quarter” of London.
The refurbishment works are due to commence early 2019.
