TPM Studio were engaged by Ballymore to develop proposals for their mixed-use riverside development located on the Leamouth Peninsula in East London. The flagship development comprises over 800 residential apartments with commercial and retail space at ground floor level.

The vision for the area has been to create a new neighbourhood in the heart of east London inspiring a community of creators and cultural pioneers. Returning to its roots of industry, ingenuity and community.

As part of the placemaking strategy for the site, proposals for the activation of community spaces and the public realm were developed to explore tenancy opportunities which would both compliment and contribute to the overall neighbourhood.
