TPM Studio has been appointed to explore the strategic redevelopment potential of a prominent office building in the City of London. The commission will assess how the existing Edwardian property, located within the Leadenhall Market Conservation Area, could be sensitively extended and reconfigured to enhance its commercial performance and workplace quality. The study will consider options for upward extension, improved internal planning and the introduction of roof-level amenity, responding to evolving expectations of City office space while respecting the building’s heritage setting. The work will establish a clear framework for informed decision-making and potential progression to the next stage of design development.
