TPM Studio have been commissioned by AEW to deliver several enabling works packages for the redevelopment of the mall to make way for a new mixed-use neighbourhood in the town centre.

The proposals include the redevelopment of the southern part of the 4.6 acre site, to deliver 600 market and affordable Build to Rent homes and 15,000 Sq.ft of space comprising commercial, retail and leisure. This residential buildings will be strategically positioned on the south of the Broad Street Mall off Dusseldorf Way and integrate into the wider Minster Quarter masterplan.
