Full Planning Permission achieved for Great George Street

TPM Studio achieve Full Planning Permission for the conversion and remodelling of an existing office space at 8-10 Great George Street into luxury hotel accommodation.

Located in the heart of Westminster, within one of London's UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the building is set to become a 4/5* boutique hotel with 134 rooms, brasserie and spa.

The scheme involves the introduction of two new circulation cores, the extension of the existing lightwells and an additional storey at roof level, as well as the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing building fabric.
