New Work: Kensington High Street
Aberdeen Standard Investments have appointed TPM Studio to renovate this high street property in the heart of Kensington.
The proposals include the refurbishment of the existing residential accommodation at 163 Kensington High Street, the addition of a penthouse apartment and the introduction of a new mews house to Adam & Eve Mews at the rear.
The design approach for the building was a sympathetic one which looked to blend existing traditional Victorian fabric with new contemporary additions.
The refurbishment works are due to commence early 2020.
